How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your item(s) to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, and you're done. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us at support@kikaline.com or call +1 505‑378‑4158 as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may return it after delivery.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and check out faster in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other methods shown at checkout. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 6–12 business days across the US. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime at kikaline.com/apps/track123.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@kikaline.com with your order number and reason for return.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. You'll get a confirmation email once it's done. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the amount.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us at support@kikaline.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
