Refund policy
At Kikaline, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending any item back. We do not accept unsolicited returns.
Step 1 — Email us at support@kikaline.com with the subject line "Return Request" Step 2 — Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
Step 3 — Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address
Step 4 — Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method
Step 5 — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Kikaline will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Kikaline is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note:
- Credit and debit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- PayPal refunds are typically reflected within 1–3 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Items that show signs of use but are otherwise in acceptable condition
- Items returned with missing accessories or original packaging components
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kikaline.com. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You will not be required to return the damaged item in most cases.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kikaline.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@kikaline.com or calling +1 505‑378‑4158. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may return the item after delivery following the return process above.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
